Can they find you?
Your business appears for the services, needs, and locations that fit what you sell.
Stage One of the LaunchReady growth system
Get Found builds and verifies the marketing foundation every later growth capability depends on. We strengthen the places buyers use to decide who deserves the call, then measure what changed and choose the next priority.
Built for established service businesses where one qualified customer has meaningful value.
The Stage One foundation
Every later LaunchReady capability is built on this path working first.
The buying decision
A buyer may move from Google to an AI answer, then to your reviews, website, and business profile in a few minutes. Each source has to describe the same capable business and give the buyer a reason to continue.
Your business appears for the services, needs, and locations that fit what you sell.
Your pages answer the questions that shape fit, confidence, and the next step.
Your profiles, reviews, credentials, and outside sources support the same business story.
The path to call, book, request, or register works, and confirmed inquiries stay separate from click intent.
What changes
Your business name, services, locations, qualifications, and next step are clear across the places buyers and search systems check.
Your website gives direct, useful answers about fit, process, price context, proof, and what a customer should do next.
Reviews, credentials, business profiles, and independent sources support the claims a buyer needs to verify.
A dated scorecard shows completed work, search and AI observations, confirmed inquiries, missing data, and the next priority.
The scorecard supports the decision. It does not replace the business outcome.
The LaunchReady growth system
Before we add campaigns, follow-up, conversion systems, retention programs, or amplification, the business must be accurate, understandable, credible, reachable, and measurable. Get Found establishes and verifies those conditions first.
Build and verify the foundation buyers and search systems depend on.
Make the business easier to understand, verify, and believe.
Turn fit, proof, and differentiation into buyer preference.
Capture qualified interest and respond while intent is active.
Move qualified opportunities toward a clear decision.
Strengthen customer relationships and earn introductions.
Expand the channels and programs that have earned more investment.
We advance only when the current capability has been verified. Get Found then moves into Sustain Mode while the next approved capability becomes active.
How Stage One works
Get Found is valuable on its own. It also protects everything that follows by establishing a reliable starting point, completing the approved work, and verifying the foundation before more is built on it.
We document the business, define the valuable customer, and record the approved evidence available before changes begin.
We strengthen the website, profiles, answers, proof, and inquiry paths included in the signed scope.
We repeat comparable observations, report what changed, and confirm whether the foundation is ready to support the next capability.
We keep the verified foundation current while you decide whether the next approved growth capability should become active.
Your Get Found team
You bring the business truth and the decisions only your team can make. We bring the people and agents that keep research, production, quality, and measurement moving.
SAM, the Strategic AI Manager, coordinates the approved plan, assigns specialist work, tracks dependencies, and keeps every deliverable connected to the outcome you hired us to pursue.
The Visibility Researcher checks approved search, AI, website, profile, reputation, and inquiry sources. Conflicts and missing evidence stay visible.
The Opportunity Strategist compares business effect, evidence, effort, risk, and dependencies before recommending the next bounded action.
Content, design, publishing, and reputation specialists prepare the pages, posts, profile updates, and response drafts included in your scope.
The Quality and Evidence Evaluator independently checks sources, calculations, missing data, recommendations, and publishing gates.
Harrison Painter leads the reviews, handles decisions that require human judgment, resolves exceptions, and remains accountable for the engagement.

Harrison reviews the scorecard with you, handles exceptions, and is responsible for the managed client outcome.

The standard Get Found offer combines the initial setup with active foundation work, measurement, and a scheduled decision about whether to sustain, improve, or prepare for the next capability.
Get Found
Setup establishes the Stage One business record, baseline, question set, approval rules, and work plan. The monthly engagement builds, verifies, and maintains the approved foundation.
Book a 15-minute callAdvancement is not automatic. A later stage requires a verified foundation, a separate scope, and your approval. Final deliverables, cadence, access, ownership, term, renewal, exclusions, and remedies are defined in the signed agreement.

Questions before you decide
The published standard offer is $5,000 for setup and $3,500 a month for the managed engagement. The signed agreement defines the final scope, term, renewal, ownership, access, exclusions, and remedies before work begins.
Get Found is designed for established service businesses with valuable customer relationships and the ability to support the required account access, reviews, approvals, and operational follow-through. The pre-sign review confirms fit before either side commits.
A rebuild is included when the signed scope calls for one. Some engagements use approved changes to the existing website. Any migration plan documents indexed URLs, redirects, analytics, DNS dependencies, email dependencies, and content that must be preserved.
The signed workflow defines which work LaunchReady may approve and which decisions stay with your team. High-exposure claims and regulated, legal, financial, or pricing statements remain behind the required human review.
The engagement begins with a recorded interview and includes scheduled scorecard reviews. Your signed plan names the access, approvals, subject-matter input, and decisions your team must provide.
There is no fixed timeline for search or AI-answer changes. Get Found records the starting point, completes approved work, and repeats comparable observations. Rankings, recommendations, traffic, inquiries, and revenue are not guaranteed.
The scorecard shows whether your business can be found, understood, verified, trusted, contacted, and measured within the agreed scope. It keeps completed work, outside observations, business outcomes, data confidence, and the current phase decision visible as separate readings.
Get Found is a managed service supported by software and specialist agents. You receive a defined plan, completed work, a scorecard, and an accountable human. Harrison Painter remains responsible for the client relationship and human decisions.
Get Found is Stage One of the LaunchReady growth system. When the evidence shows that the foundation is ready, we review the next capability with you. You decide whether to proceed. Get Found moves into a defined Sustain Mode while the next approved capability becomes active. Every later stage has its own outcome, scope, decision gate, and agreement.
